Great location off Rockville pike, a small Taiwanese (chinese) restaurant in new area of Chinatown (Rockville). The prices are very reasonable and causal background. Appetizers range from oyster pancakes, smelly tofu...May sure you get desert, the crushed ice with any toppings such as corn, lycee, taros, are absolutely yummy!
