You can't beat a haircut for only $8! I went there a few times and usually walk out pretty satisfied. The hairstylists do not wash your hair prior to cutting but they do style afterwards. The lady is ok but the Vietnamese man is much better. He spent an hour on my last visit and he did a pretty good job.
