Haircuts for $10!

This place is great! I always go there for haircuts and it only costs $10! The downside is that it doesn't include wash. The lady usually cut my hair with water and she even styles my hair! She usually spends about 45 minutes to an hour on my hair and I always walk out a satisfied customer.
