Decent American Fare - but on the pricey side

Thursday, September 01, 2005
I've been here twice during my travels to Chicago, since it's the restaurant in the lobby of my hotel... The first time I had baby back ribs, which were a little on the tough side and there wasn't a lot of meat. My boyfriend had the prime rib, which he said was decent but not the best ever. The second time I played it safe and ordered a burger with bacon and cheese. It was alright, nothing to write home about. The french fries on the side were AWFUL. The chocolate bundt cake was pretty good, although I ate it without the chocolate sauce on the top. The sauce tasted kind of burnt. There's a Rock Bottom Brewery across the street which is probably where I'll be eating from now on.
