Good: I liked the atmosphere and the hair stylist was wonderful. She took the time to figure out what would look good on me and what would suit my lifestyle. She was very friendly and professional. The scalp massage was a great touch, very relaxing. They also had tea and coffee available for free, though I didn't try any. The products smelled awesome and I actually bought some. My hair looks great!. Bad: The receptionist was a tad cold when I first came in, but nothing horrible. She didn't detract from my overall experience.. Improvements: Can't think of anything, really.. Other: I had Bernice and she was awesome!.
