worth the $50 haircut

I'm not a high maintenance person, but a good haircut is essential. I first went to East End upon the recommendation of a coworker. It was, by far, the best haircut I had in a long time. I've been going there for 4 years. I recommend Ciny, especially if you have short and/or curly hair. She's also the best for fancy "up-do's" as I have been told.
It's a little hard for a nerd like me to get used to the "hip" atmosphere, but there is a cozy gas fireplace and a stack of magazines to pass the time until they are ready for you.
