sake, cheap, great noodles

I've written a review of this restaurant somewhere on this site. If you like Japanese food & "drinks" can mean Sake, this is one of my favs. Very very casual. Nice city atmosphere. Great noodles. Depends on your cup of tea, though. This is not a bar-like scene, or slick. Rather, it's a place with "character".
