I visited this bank because they offered a gift card promotion for opening a bank account. It probably took me a total of five hours wasted waiting during 4 visits to actually receive this gift card, which was clearly not worth it. When I went to close the account they asked me why and I told them because the lines were just ridiculous every single time. They asked me what they could do to improve things and retain my business. When I suggested they add more tellers the reply was "Not Happening." Well to me, that speaks volumes about their approach to customer service. If the wait is long then it's just not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other banks out there. The branch is warmly decorated and the atmosphere is open and bright but the lines were out of control every single time.

Barbara at Total Skin Care is just the greatest. Her waxing is superb as far as waxing goes. It's as close to pain free as you can get and she is a total perfectionist. She is also great company. Total Skin Care also offers electrolysis. Judy is amazing. They also do great manicures and pedicures the right way - so it's enjoyable and not a chore you rush through. They moved locations a few years ago so they're a little bit off the beaten path but make sure you get yourself there. It's really the best place I've ever been.

Gourmeli's is inside Copley just before you walk the footbridge to Prudential. For a hotel restaurant it's great and for that matter it's great all around. They do an amazing brunch on the weekend with an inclusive price where you can choose from hot and cold foods including make your own omlette, french toast, pancakes, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, tea. There's another part of the restaurant where you can just chill out and have drinks, coffee, dessert. They also have a regular a la carte menu. There's great people watching too and it's a good place to go anytime of the year.

Nail Styles can feel like a factory or production line. This is not where you'll get a relaxing manicure and pedicure but the work is always nicely done. they also have waxing here. Try to find a nail technician and make appointments. They allow walk ins and it does get busy so it's better to call ahead. It's a full service salon so they do tips and all that too and they have specials certain days of the week for manicure and pedicure combos.

Everything here is delicious and really authentic. The space is weird - long and narrow so it gets pretty crowded. Their shwarma is great so is their kabob and the kubbeh, lachmajun, humus, falafel and chicken. They have an assortment of salads from tabouleh to fatoush and everything in between. Their rice pilaf is also really tasty. They serve everything as either a platter or a sandwich so lunch or dinner work here.

Scott Alan is an Aveda salon off the beaten path on West Dixie Highway. I have been to the salon and also had a cut from them at a fundraiser in the Aventura Mall. The facials are fantastic and they use the highest quality products. They include 2-3 masks and are tailored to your skin's needs. The cuts and blowouts are perfect as well.

The Pump is awesome. Their food is so good and it's hard to believe how healthy it is. They have a great loyalty program where you earn future meals. Their baked falafel is great. So are the sandwiches, salads and omlettes. The shop itself is tiny so don't plan on eating in during the week during peak hours like lunch. Definitely do the takeout but call in advance. Well in advance. I wish this were a national chain.

Panacea is very serene and pretty. The decor is antique/vintage looking. They offer an extensive menu of services from electrolysis (by sheila) to manicures to massages to facials. It's a bit crowded in the front of the spa where do the manicures and pedicures but the place is spotless and the technicians are very professional. Their massages are enjoyable and relaxing. I haven't had their skin care services yet but I like the atmosphere and the fact that enforce a no cell phone policy in the spa.
