Italian at It's Most Enjoyable

Macaroni Grill has an ambiguous name. It is neither entirely macaroni, nor entirely a grill. In fact, most items on the menu do not consist of either macaroni or a grill. But, be that as it may, Macaroni Grill at the Summit is a wonderful Italian restaurant, with fast, friendly service (the server writes his/her name on the table cloth with a crayon), a fun atmosphere, and an open air kitchen making great food. The menu is diversely Italian, with everything from Ravioli to Linguini, from salads to lobster. There is even a "Make Your Own Pasta" selection, a great choice for the indecisive Italian inside everyone. It also offers a bar and a wine selection. It is located near the middle of the Summit on the side with mostly restaurants, littered with a few shops, making a walk to the stores a trek, rather than a stroll.
