Growing up in Brooklyn, I always went to the Brooklyn Public Library. There are many branches, but every branch that I have been to has a great staff and many helpful people. In comparison to the New York Public Library staff, the Brooklyn Public Library staff are much nicer.
I would choose to the Brooklyn Public Library over the New York Public Library.

This place is located just a few blocks off of Little Italy. It is a small place with a part for take out and a part for dining. It is not a place to go to if you have a big party crowd. If you want to have a quick lunch or dinner, it is definitely a place to consider. The food there is quite good, however, some people might find it a bit too oily. The employees there are very friendly and they have conversations with the customers while there is a wait, but most of the time, there is very quick service, saving a lot of time.

Some cons about the place is that you almost always have to make reservations to get in. Another con is that their "real" food is a bit pricey for a small amount.
Pros about this place is that they have a great atmosphere and a nice feeling.

Dynasty Supermarket is very convenient. You can find everything you need there for a good price. Although they have a must tie bags policy, it is for their interest. At times the place is a bit dirty, but all in all, it is still organized.
There's a produce section, drinks section, candy and cookies section, canned goods section, etc. The people who work at the cash register are friendly, too. The lines are never too long, so it's a quick check out.

I love everything about Pathmark. It's never dirty. It's easy to find necessities. The prices are in range. The aisles are organized. The signs are intact. The bags are always ready. The carts and baskets are easy to find. Then what's wrong? The attitude of the employees. They're racist. Especially against most Chinese people. Most of the employees don't have any sort of patience either. It's horrendous the way some scowl at you like you're some sort of disease.

If there was a rating lower than poor, I would give Burlington Coat Factory that rating. This place is horrendous. Every time I go into the store, there is a horrible stench and clothes strewn everywhere. It is very disorderly.
The customer service is also very horrible. It takes at least 15 minutes to ring up 2 items and the employees are always chatting away and ignoring people.
The only reason I even step foot into this horrible place is because my mother likes it. I don't know how she stand it, it is horrible, terrible, stupid, and annoying.

I find most of my school assignment books here and it's wonderful. I save a lot of money and my parents are pleased to here that.
The employees are pretty helpful, although, once, I encountered a really bad one, I hope she got fired. It may be a bit hard to find some books, but ask and you should get good service.

Taylor's has the best hot chocolate with marshmallows. If in need of hot chocolate while walking down Chambers Street, this is the place to stop by. The hot chocolate is never too sweet or untasteful.
The pastries here are great, too. I love all the sweets that they offer here. They are delicious and irresistable. The price for me is average, however, I guess it varies on lifestyle.
The environment is very cozy and warm. The people are friendly. It's a good stop by.

The breakfast meals here are so good. They are not very costly and taste delightful. It is a very comfortable environment and I love it.
I don't usually like eating out, but this restaurant really caught my eyes. It looks like a bar from the outside, but the inside is so different.
I love the many styles they make their eggs and the good toast that's not too burnt. From what I remember, they also play soothing music, which is good.
Not a far walk from the good old number 6 train on Bleecker Street either.

The burgers come in big sizes for a moderate price. Comfortable but not a class environment. Upbeat scenario kind of thing.
I guess it just depends on a person's mood.
