I happened to stop at this store while in Minot for a visit. All that was purchased was a 14 dollar cd. It was nice enough and I thought it was pretty cool that there would be a record store in a smaller town such as Minot. Well the man who rang me up was okay but it took him a really long time to do so. I over looked that and was happy with my purchase anyway. Imagine how surprised I was to check my bank account the next day to find that the cd that cost 14$ was charged as 54$. To top it all off the man who rang me up never gave me a reciept so I have been basically SCREWED out of 40$. THANKS Budget! I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR STORE AGAIN. (P.S. Beware. I used my debit card to make this transaction. If you would ever shop at this store you should use cash unless you want to end up being screwed out of money.)
