When my husband and I began the process of buying our home we assumed that we could get along on our own. When it became apparent that our inexperience was going to hurt us, we turned to Jennifer Venable, and luckily we got more than we had hoped for. The shortsale we were offering was dead in the water multiple times, and yet somehow Jennifer's incredible resiliance and aptitude brought it back to life. She fought harder than I've ever seen a person fight and worked harder and longer hours than she needed to in order to get our deal done. All in all, with the magnificent workings of both she and Michael Neef (Big River Mortgage) we went from contract signing to closing in a matter of a few weeks.
Our experience with Jennifer just goes to show why realtors are important: when it's time to go to bat, you need a pro who can knock it out of the park. Without her, we wouldn't have been able to buy our dream house, and we are so very thankful to have such a hard-working woman on our side.
