Taiwan Cafe has a really inexpensive lunch special where you get a big scoop of steam rice with three different dishes to go with it. Only thing is, the food is only mediocre. Some of the vegetables can be really salty and cold. If you go, I would recommend getting the fried rice. I've had better shaved ice and I don't think the ingredients are very fresh. As for service, let's say I've definitely had BETTER. MUCH BETTER.
