i book over 50% of my flights through these guys. in fact, i did my honeymoon through them which involved going from nyc to nepal to bhutan to vietnam through bangkok and back to nyc. the price he came up with was half of what i could find through calling airlines direct or on expedia. they work razor thin and are super responsive. yeah, they have a small ad w.fine print in the back of the times but do give them a try

normally you walk into a frame store and you point to something on the wall and hope it turns out ok. i had some nice prints i wanted framed and these guys set up an appointment and walk you through everything and come up with pretty imaginative ideas. yeah, its a bit pricer than the schock shop around the corner but for good reason. well worth it. very professional

cause these guys are the worst. sure they can sell new cars like anyone else but when it comes to service, forget about it. i have a land rover which is notorious for breaking down by the way. i leave messages trying to arrange for an appointment and they dotn call back. when i finally get a hold of somoene they make it feel like they are doing you a favor when they charge $500 or whatever for letting your car into their area. and i often can't get appointments until a month out - some good that does when the check engine light is on. i would never buy a car from this place again

by pure luck i drove into this guys garage when i had a broken wiper motor. since then hes been the only guy i will trust with over three different cars. hes turned around in a day what other guys say takes a week. and he does things to save me money. for instance we thought i had battery problems once. turned out it was the alternator. i suspect most mechanics would have left hte new one in there and charged you for it. he took it out, slapped the old battery back in and gave me a refund...

i was a little nervous when a friend asked that i meet him for dinner here. i had passed by many times and the facade looked like it was an old, worn down restaurant of times past. inside however, i was in for a bit of a suprise. the decor was nice, the service wasn't rude like you will find in alot of ny steakhouses and the portions - as you would expect - were enormous. i'll definitely be back.

The place is pretty good. Not the scence or the same quality as Nobu, but if you dont feel like making the trip downtown its not that far off. Prices are pretty reasonable and they've got a decent bit to offer in cooked food beyond the standard sushi. I get worried when people stray from one certain kind of asian food, but they definitely can pull it off.
