Welcome to the palace the place (excuse the pun) for great chinese cuisine on the upper east side. Chow down and feast on the good eats at this upper east side great. Try chicken, beef, shrimp, seafood, vegetables or a wide array of other dishes here. The atmosphere could be a little bit better but who cares with all of this great food right?
