This place has its perks, like a prime location and a cute patio, but on the whole it's grossly overrated: the coffee and chai tea are the worst I've tasted in Pittsburgh. Also, the older members of the staff have a reputation for being rude, which I guess makes sense since they've spent their twenties making six bucks an hour.
