My wife and I were married at The Portland Club. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. Everything was coordinated perfectly. The on-site coordinator was very detailed oriented and made sure everything was perfect on our special day. The rest of the staff was also great and made our day very personal. Even the wait staff was a big hit with the guests. They were extremely friendly and willing to go out of their way for anyone. The ballroom was decorated beautifully. We were the only reception at the site which was a big selling point with us. Definitely a 10!

I have stayed at the Stratosphere several times. Most occasions it has been fine. The rooms are standard 3 star rooms. One occasion I stayed at the Stratosphere and the room was completely unsatisfactory. The toilet constantly made noise, the walls were very thin, and the air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. After relaying my complaint to the staff I was given a discounted rate for an entire year. On another occasion I had per-paid for my room, $25/night. That turned out to be the best deal, as when I arrived in the middle of the night, the only room available was the Presidential Suite! So, for $25/night I was given an incredible suite. It is a bit of a drive to the central strip, but as long as you have a car it is not bad. If you don't have a car, I 'd choose somewhere else to stay.

One time, we had an emergency situation, the staff was quick to get us in immediately and treat our dog. We have nothing but positive things to say about Scarborough Animal Hospital.

SBC Park is an awesome place to catch a ball game. The location is perfect right on McCovey Cove. All the seats are great from the higher end tickets on the dugout to the bleacher seats (which are very inexpensive and a great value). The food selection at the park is great. There is even a stand dedicated solely to the vegetarian eats. Overall, Id give this place 2 thumbs up.

I have used Sawyer and Company on several occasions. The staff is always very friendly and they are willing to work with me to get me exactly what I want. Their prices are comparable to everyone else in the Portland area. However their arrangements are far superior to other florists I've used. I would highly recommend Saywer's for any special occasion.

I have used Roy's Shoe Shop on several occasions to repair several pairs of shoes. They have always done good work. The staff was always very honest and if they thought it would be more expensive to fix the shoes than to purchase new ones they would tell me. The longest I've had to wait to pick up my shoes was 2 days.

I have had very good experiences with One Stop Auto Care in the past. I have had several oil changes there. After having several problems with my car One Stop Auto Care worked really hard to fix them for me. They even renting me a car so they could work on my car during the mid-week. The customer service has always been really top notch. I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone looking for a reliable auto repair shop.
