Hidden within the business buildings just away from Irvine Spectrum, go here for a quick bite to eat. They offer a good number of sandwiches and a pretty good croisant sandwich. There are also a variety of coffees that they can make. Breakfast menu also. Parking is limited. They do not take American Express.
