Dim Sum is a different style of serving your food. Instead of ordering what you want, the waiters push around carts with different foods on them and you pick whichever ones you like. If you don't see a particular dish you like, you can always ask a waiter to bring it out, because not everyone likes the specialties. It's great to eat when you have big parties. Be careful, though, because lunchtimes can get really busy and crowded.
