Inventive cakes and pastries

This pastry shop is a block away from the SF Symphony and makes a brisk business selling to concert-goers. They have a smaller ofshoot on the top floor of the Virgin Megastore at Market and Stockton.
Their cakes are expensive, but excellent, and usually feature very inventive combinations of flavors, sometimes a little too daring. They also serve lunch, dinner and brunch.
