My kind of wine bar

It's early yet as the winebar has not been open a full month yet. However, I've been here twice already and will likely head back again this week. Why do I love it?
1. Great Italian wine list
2. Styles itself after Italian enoteche
3. Simple, flavorful food prepared from fresh ingredients.
4. Nice cheese list.
5. Great prices, especially on lesser known wines of good to excellent quality. (Ruche'? It's a grape from Piedmont, Italy)
The staff has a few kinks to work out, including keeping the temperature stabilized and keeping the smells from the kitchen from overwhelming the air in the rest of the place.
I have high hopes that I will be able to give this joint a five star rating in the not-too-distant future.
