So-so place to discuss travel

We were going on a trip to a place that we weren’t very familiar with. We needed to visit some colleges, and we stopped at this travel agency for some assistance. However, they could not do very much to help our situation and didn’t get us any farther in our understanding of the area we were visiting. They did offer some maps and some guides, but they didn’t help us in much other areas after that, which was frustrating.
