I placed a hem and dry clean order on my wedding gown. I told the owner specifically that I wanted them to hem 1 1/2 inches off my dress and dry clean it well because I will be wearing that gown for my wedding. When my husband and I went to pick it up, the tab came up to $80! We were overwhelmed at the high price but that wasn't why we were mad. When we got home, I tried the dress on with my heels on to make sure that the length was correct. When I put on the dress, there was this huge black stainon both sides of the dress! I looked at it in horror and went back immediately to have them redo it. The owners were extremely rude to me and accused me of staining the dress myself! They refused to reclean it for me. I stormed out of that place and vowed never to go there again.
