Strictly Car Service has been around for years. Their white and purple letter cars are easily visible around the neighborhood. I can't say that they are reliable because many times they said they would be in front of my home in a few minutes but it was more like 15 or 20 minutes. Their phone customer service line isn't that great and seems to be greeted by some grouchy employee who is miserable at his job. If you need to get somewhere quick and in a rush, don't call Strictly because in my experience, they are not on time.
