There is also an arcade for those not interested in rides, but if you are interested in neither, the beach is the place for you. It could use some clowns, jugglers, or live entertainment like that, but it’s good for people-watching too.

They sell just leather skins too, of bear, wolf, sheep, and cow, if you want one for your fireplace floor. Nothing feels nor looks like cheap leather; it’s all good quality. The prices weren’t outstanding, but the selection definitely was more varied than many leather stores.

I would recommend any of these services as the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. If you have time, the riverboat tour is definitely worth it. The captain gave us background on the history of the lake and the properties on its shores with humor, interest, and enthusiasm.
