What can I say - a classic!

Saturday, August 20, 2005
The uptown is an institution in washington dc. It is a old, grand theater in the style that hollywood is founded on. It had big red velvet curtains and a balcony of seats. True, it has gotten a little run down over the years, the seats are not in the best nick, and the floor is usually a little bit too sticky. Still, there is nothing like watching Star Wars or Lawrence of Arabia on that big huge screen.
