The Bakery in New Paltz has been around for quite some time, and has an amazing selection. Everything is fresh, the staff is extremely friendly, even early in the morning. There is a small outside seating area, and while inside is kind of narrow, the bagels and pastries are worth squishing inside for. The prices are average, but the danish are above average.
