Chinese with a healthy twist

Fortune Cookies is a pretty popular and casual americanized chinese restaurant. They have a lot of the standard fare that you would find at Panda Express, but much better. More seafood options. And everything is made with health in mind. The nutritional content is given for everything, and the breakdown is incredibly good for this kind of food.
To be honest, sometimes I wonder if it is accurate since it is so good.
We like the Garlic Shrimp and Garlic Chicken, the Bean Curd Soup, all the chow mein noodles are made with egg whites, so they are healthy and tasty.
Overall just really fresh and tasty for reasonable prices and nice service.
