The trick with Todai is to eat past the cost of the sushi. Don't mess around with the cooked food. Stick to the sushi. If they have sashimi, go crazy because then you don't have the rice as filler. If you have the sushi and leave behind the rice, you can get busted. I don't think Todai is worth the price at dinner. I think they add lobster and crab legs to the buffet and charge an extra $10. But for lunch, this can be a great way to gorge yourself on a sushi craving.
