I used to really like taking my car to these guys for its regular service. Then they left my oil plug out. I caught it before any damage was done, and had liked them well enough to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back. Then they left my oil plug out again. Again, I caught it before there was any damage, but I haven't been back since. Too bad, because the prices were good, the service was good, and a complete car wash was included in the price. My car doesn't get washed so often any more.
