Great prices for a diverse assortment of movies

I LOVE THE BALBOA!
Sometimes they play double features of second run, usually independent, movies.
And sometimes they have little mini-film festivals, like the Louis Malle one last week (I saw "Zazie dans le Metro")
Always, they have:
1) Cheap tickets = $8.50 for adults (and a bargain card: 5 movies for $30)
2) A great newsletter - you can see it on their website or get it emailed. They give great descriptions of movies as well as info from reviewers. They're very enthusiastic.
3) Nice snacks - fresh popped popcorn, good coffee and decent prices (whoa!)
4) Decent street parking - I generally get a spot pretty quickly.
