Parking lot is usually packed at this sister eatery of NYC's K-town restaurant. I ended up valet parking because of the limited parking options. Ther restaurant itself is streamlined, seats by the window looked nice. We were seated more inside. Their BBQ, as well as smaller than I'm used to pajun was tasty. The pan chan was standard, I liked the fresh kimchee. A bit different than wha tI usually get. Earthier. Very tasty!
This was the perfect place to catch up with friends, the service was good. The business was very busy, patrons kept coming in around the popular dinner time.
I'll be back to try other items from their menus. Very excited!!!

I've got So Kong Dong on my cell phone list! So you know where I go or call for this tasty Korean meal. Perfect meal when you crave for soon do bu, and the tasty kalbi. Menu is very simple, different combination of soon do bu, variation of spice-mild, medium, or very spicy! The tofu comes out still bubbling, which you can crack a raw egg into the pot and let it cook.
Their rice in a bowl is so delicious, and the extra crunchy rice get's mixed with their tea for a post meal soup. I never make it that far because my soon do bu & kalbi are too filling!
The Pan Chan is standard but my favorite standby's are the spicy cucumbers. There is usually a line when the weather turns cooler. Parking is up front unless it's full, then you got to street park it.
Been going here for years, never disappoints me for it's consistency. I plan on patronizing for years to come.

I had booked for a massage at Koi Spa. Koi Spa is found inside of CanDo Health & Fitness Gym.
Once walking past the gym's front desk to the rear of the building, through the double doors, you reach the front desk for Koi.
The receptionist checks you in, gives you a bag filled with robes, flip flops, and shows you up to your locker.
She explains how to use the combination lock lockers and you just have to change and come back down.
Once you are ready, they show you to their lounge which displays an enormous aquarium filled with? "Koi" fishes.
You can choose from their lemon chilled water or various teas while you wait for your masseuse.
Once my room was ready and my masseuse showed me to the room, I got to choose the aroma to be sprayed in the room. Afterwards she proceed to ask me where I needed attention.
This was seriously the best massage I ever had.
I had scheduled for their Friday Specials promotion which is no longer being offered. It was a massage for about an hour for $60.
I'm going to book another treatment soon. I really enjoyed the whole experience!

Shot for an episode of Sex in the City, this midtown traditional soba house offers some fresh home-made soba noodles. The people here at Soba Nippon really seem extremely proud of their efforts to offer amazing service as well as the most tasty cold soba noodles I've had. If you like your pasta al dente, the chewy texture of these noodles are so complimentary to the dipping sauce.
I prefer to add scallions and wasabi, C likes hers plain... both of us agree that it was an experience, especially on such a humid summer evening, and so refreshing as a dinner!
Appetizers such as the soft shell crab, the potato salad, and the agadashi tofu were so tasty! We were not disappointed!
Our meal ended with tapioca filled red beans, and we left vowing to return soon!

I returned to EN & this time we were a party of 8.
Our Appetizer was the Age-Dashi Yuba. We started with 2 salads, the Shabu Shabu salad & the EN Salad. Both were refreshing. We also ordered Tuna & Avocado which was really fresh, & perfect for a taste of sashimi. We also ordered Burddock Root.
Then we received their Chicken entree, their Miso Cod & also our sushi. We ordered a salmon roll, an eel roll, and an avocado roll.
We ended our feast with delicious Clay pot cooked salmon and rice which we mixed salmon roe eggs with, and 2 of their specials, an order of Flounder, and their Bell Fish-a type of sword fish.
The meal was simply delicious. With a party this large, it was great to taste the range of food we had. My favorite will have to be the the Age-Dashi Yuba, the Chicken entree, the Clay Pot Salmon, and the EN salad.
The cocktails were fun and I'll definitely come back again!

So you ventured across the river, & you find yourself in NJ, either shopping at the massive Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, what have you, or you wanted to venture to the Japanese complex of Mitsuwa, the shopping complex right next door serves the best bagels-That's Three Stars Bagels, as well as the most tasty Korean Barbe-que this side of the river.
Found on 725 River Road, it is the smaller floating restaurant, the other boat, for the restaurant Binghampton floats next door.
Go on up to it's second floor, and you will be greated by a friendly host. Try their Kalbi's, their Seafood Pajun (pancake)... don't forget they will fill you up with their kimchi, potato salad, and other goodies! Then as you enjoy the great food, you can look out into the river, soaking up the view as well as your party!
End your meal with a dessert bar of ice cream, fruits, etc.
