Ethical, honest, and hard-working. These are the words that came to mind when I think of our real estate agent, Ken Gong with Keller Williams Realty. My parents sold their house with Ken, and before he listed the house, he gave my parents a detailed summary of the housing market in the neighborhood to help my parents determine a good competitive listing price. Throughout the time the house was on the market, he would periodically call my parents to provide them with a list of house that is purchased/sold. Ken has proof to us that hes a great real estate agent, and we will definitely use him for our future real estate transactions.

Small little convenient store that sells everything you need. There are a number of them in downtown Seattle, and if you ever need anything, you know they probably have it. The store itself is rather tiny, but they just know to utilize all their space and only inventory the most needed items. Their staff is also very nice, which is always a big plus.

I was impressed with the treatment I received from Euro-Institute. I was going to try the body wrap along with my friends, but I found out I was pregnant, so I did the European facial instead. Since this is a school, the people that are working on you are students, but theres always a teacher nearby to make sure they are doing it right. I thought my student did an excellent job. For body wraps, you get your own individual room, but for everything else, you are in a room with around 20 other patrons. Since your eyes are closed most of the time, and they play soothing music, I didnt find that to be a problem at all. However, I do find that service differs by the person you are assigned to. My friends who requested the same body wraps received very different service, they were both impressed, but one were more impressed because her student was a masseuse, so she received a full body massage along with her body wrap, which was just an added bonus for her.

My main reason for switching from my previous dentist to Dr. Larsen is because his office is across the street from my office. However, after visiting there regularly, I am very glad I switched. Dr. Larsen and all his staff are very friendly and professional. The dental hygienist is very thorough when cleaning your teeth and provide me with more resources to target my problem areas. In addition, I dont believe I ever waited over 5 minutes for the hygienist or for Dr. Larsen to see me.

Ranch 99 offers a wide selection of Asian groceries in two locations, Edmonds and Kent (serving both the north and south neighborhoods). Although their prices are slightly above the prices in the International District, the convenience factor far outweighs the cost. In addition to carrying groceries, they also have a bakery, a deli and a seafood section, so it makes for a nice one-stop shopping for all.

Emerald Downs is an excellent place for people of any age. I went down this summer with my friends and family, and we all had a great time. The adults all had fun betting on horses while the kids enjoyed watching the horses. Theres a big patch of grass so you could enjoy a little picnic while watching the race. I am not sure if you could bring in your own food, but the prices of food is very reasonable, so even with admissions ticket and meal price, it still wont break the bank. In fact, if you are lucky, you might even take more money home than you brought!

Eastside Maternal recently purchased the 3D/4D ultrasound machine, and this is such an incredible piece of machine. I did not get emotional at all with my pregnancy, and the only time I cried was when I had my ultrasound. First, Dr. Case is great! He put you at ease from the moment you stepped into the room. He also check with you first if you want to know the sex o f the baby, and asked if you have a name for the baby, which he would start using to refer to your baby. Throughout the ultrasound, Dr. Case lets you know at each step what he is looking at and what he is measuring, and immediately reassure you all is measuring normal, (which I am sure all parents is anxious to hear.) When he got a good image of my baby, he even printed as many copies of the sonogram as I like.

Great house layouts and locations, but not so good craftsmanship and service. We purchased our house with Dreamcraft because we like the location and the layout of our house. However, we were not happy with the craftsmanship or the service we received from Dreamcraft. When our house was being built, we would inquire about different upgrades to the house, and it seems each time we called, we would get a different answer. We were lucky that we purchased our home before they break ground so we were able to get the kinks sorted out. Word of advise, call, write, email repeatedly if you have requests, because no doesnt necessarily mean no because if you ask enough times, they might do it for you.

Expensive treatments at a not-so-spa like environment. My co-worker and I went to Cosmetic Laser Center because they had a grand opening promotion, and we were not impressed. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and appointments were easy to schedule. However, the cosmetic center is more like a medical clinic, so the atmosphere is not very appealing. You feel more like you are getting medical treatment instead of getting pampered. I think for the service they offer, they should have a more relax atmosphere.

They also have a wide variety of cakes to choose from, which includes mango, taro, black forest, fresh fruits, and napolitan, (just to name a few.) In addition to delicious cakes, they also have yummy pastries filled with coconut cream, ham and egg, and curry beef.
