Whenever I am in Orange County, I have to complete my trip by hitting a few of my favorite food establishments. I could never go and miss a trip to Alerto's. Their burritos are the best I've found on my culinary adventures. They come stuffed sans rice (a peeve of mine) with high-quality meats, avocado and a fresh pico de gallo (or at least some tomato and onion concoction) in a soft tortilla with edges holding just the right crispness. It is an unforgettable $5 meal. Burrito heaven.
