Brides and Belles has some beautiful dresses for prom, bridesmaids, as well as wedding dresses however I think they became too content at being the only shop in town and being able to treat their customers not as well as they should...and being able to charge the higher prices. I did purchase my prom dress there and had many problems trying to get the dress ordered and in on time (due to wrong ordering) as well as a horrible time with alterations. I understand things happen, it was the attitude of the workers that I did not appreciate, especially for the price we were paying. I would definitely go elsewhere before Brides and Belles...and if you do go just know not to expect much in the customer service department!
