A meat-eater's delight, I have every confidence that I could order absolutely anything from the menu at Salumi and be charmed. Offering Italian delicacies ranging from cured beef tongue to hand-made gnocchi dumplings, with sandwiches and house-cured sausages in abundance, Salumi doesn't disappoint. Their hand-pulled mozzarella (made fresh daily) is a revelation and was superb enough to turn me off of store-bought mozzarella.
