Every time I need to make an appointment, they always work with my schedule. The customer service reps/sales people are really nice, too. Prices of glasses are a bit higher than large chains, but you have to expect that. They are more than willing to work with you to get you what you need. Glasses are usually ready either that day, or within a few days if you need something specific done that they can not do in the office.
