Judy Fu's Snappy Dragon feels like a mix between your mom's house, a local home-cooking restaurant and a chinese joint! Try the Cashew Chicken (with a peanut sauce base). The homeade noodles are a hit as well. Great spot. A little popular though so expect a slight wait, even on a weekday.
