Fish that's not too fishy

Sunday, August 21, 2005
This fish market is the real deal. The test of a fresh fish is that it shouldn't be too fishy, it should smell like the ocean, with no ammonia or strong fishiness, and no sunken eyes. This place sells really fresh and tasty fish. Whole cooked crabs, jumbo shrimp with the heads still on, live clams from a saltwater tank. Plus they have lollipops that look just like sushi.
