Friendly service abounds at this local bank. If you’re tired of the big banks that have absolutely no customer service, then I recommend moving your money over to Metcalf Bank. They are helpful, friendly and will never cause you any undo stress. Since it is a small bank without a lot of branches, you may miss the convenience of abundant ATMs. I believe it’s a small sacrifice for the service you will receive.
