Good plants, lacking service

Selection is usually very good—they carry lots of plants and flowers, and a wide variety of types of everything. When calling to place special orders for flower arrangement, they haven't been terribly helpful. Follow-through for the retail florist side of their business is lacking, in my opinion. You can't beat the selection, but the service isn't great.
