Close to lots of stuff

This is a great place to live. It's clean and nice, and the management is friendly. It's close to everything that you need. Walking distance to the hospital, the mall, and Wal-Mart, and lots of other shops. Grocery stores are a small drive. Cons is that it's off of Watt Avenue, so sometimes it takes a while to get home. Another con is that it's right behind a drainage ditch, so sometimes it does get a little stinky. But, if you're inside, that's not really a problem. Rent is fair.
