Good school, better name recognition. I’m sort of undecided on how I want to rate this school. I’ve graduated from the photography & communication design department and am wondering if I really was taught anything. Ok, I guess I did learn stuff but was it really worth the price of admission? This is a very, very expensive school. Tuition alone can be overwhelming, and then figure in the costs of materials used for classes. I think you’d bankrupt your parents.
The professors are decent, the facilities are rubbish. For the price of tuition you’d expect some up to date facilities or even enough chairs and tables for the students. The department chairman’ are snobby, as most of the students. But that’s something you’ll just have to suck up. The school is overrated, period.
Don’t waste your money here when you can easily get the same or better education at a community college. In the end, this is a great name to have on your resume, but not a great place to be for 4 years.
