On one of the coldest days of the year, my heating system stopped operating. I called Sal's and within 2 hours a HVAC employee came out. He thoroughly tested my system and quickly diagnosed my problem. After quoting us a price for the repair, which we considered to be fair, the work was performed immediately. The next day, a customer service representative phoned to see if we were satisfied with the service. This attention to customer service and professional impressed us.
