The Tambuli Oriental Foods store sells a large selection of Filipino food products. I often like to shop for food there so we can get a taste of the Philippines at home. They have some produce too as well as some Filipino breads and desserts. The owners are very nice and courteous.

When my husband and i want to cook some Japanese food at home we sometimes go to the Nijiya Market. They have a great selection of Japanese food products. They also have a bakery that sells delicious desserts like tarts, puddings, custards and such. My kids love their desserts and is usually gone at our house after a couple of days.

We hired Guzmans Gardens a few years back to put in a lawn in my front yard. They were very good about coming over and giving me an estimate. They were timely and very nice. They put in my new lawn fairly quickly and the results were great. My front yard looks great now, no more dead grass. They also kept to the estimate when I finally got the final charge which was great.

I had a one year membership at this gym a few years back and I only probably went for a month and never went back. I don't know I just couldn't get into their gym. I just wasn't inspired in their surroundings and I didn't much like one of the people that worked there. I enjoyed riding my bike better anyway but I must admit it was a waste of my money.

I go to the Pacific Nursery every now and then to get some plants for our back yard that we are slowly but surely getting landscaped to some degree. They have a pretty good selection of plant varieties and the plants look fresh. The staff there are also very helpful and nice. They seem to know the answers to questions I've asked them about the plants they carry as well.

Basix Hair Salon is another place I go to just to get a decent haircut at a decent price. I just like to just drop by, get a haircut and go and I can usually do that at Basix. They take drop-ins without appointments and I don't have to wait too long to get a haircut. And they are a nice bunch there too.

I usually go to Madrid Hair salon to get a hair cut. I usually don’t need an appointment to get a haircut and, if it’s a weekday, I usually don’t have to wait very long either for someone to cut my hair. The hairstylists there are very nice and usually like to chat while they cut your hair.

They are also very creative in their flower arrangements and their balloon arrangements as well. The owners are very friendly and great in helping you make a selection.

I used to work near this little pet store and would drop by to pick up a few items for our dog. They have a large selection of merchandise for cats and dogs and I usually have no problem finding something in stock. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The only problem here is parking.
