Rick is an amazing real estate agent. He takes great care of his clients, and has a wonderful knack for knowing exactly what you need - sometimes when you don't even know yet! He is thorough, kind and patient - willing to show you everything on the cape until you find exactly what you are looking for. He also covers a large area, and can show any house and see the positives and negatives - using an objective eye, and not just trying to the sell.
