Trader Joes is an excellent little grocery store. The one in Needham Heights is superb! They have great dinner alternatives. They are not heat n eat, they all take a little prep, but most are very tasty. We Love the Chicken N Cheese Enchiladas as well as the Mandarin Citrus Chicken with Vegetable Fried Rice. The Best Part is that you can get a very good dinner for less than $10!

This is an excellent place for physical therapy. They have awesome hours - as early as 7 am and as late as 7 pm. The facilities are nice - a lot of equipment, so no waiting, and it is always very clean. The therapists are great, attentative and thorough. Their assistants are just as nice, and you never have to wait long. The location is right off Route 3, very accessible from many areas of the South Shore.

This is a great cardiology office. Located within Newton Wellesley Hospital, I was sent to them with heart irregularities during pregnancy. They were very caring, all the doctors seemed very nice, and never rushed through my questions. They took the time with my husband to explain everything, and their office staff made special effort to make sure I was comfortable. Would highly recommend them.

The food is good - mainly meat & poultry, but some fish and pasta dishes are offered. The desserts and appetizers are good - though not amazing, and a little pricey for what you get.

The delivery folks will go anywhere, and even though the locations are only on the cape & south shore - they will deliver to any place in MA or RI.

This is a great, tucked away theater for movies. It gets busy on the weekends and rainy days in the summer - but most times you can still get great seats without arriving too early. Still a bit of a cheaper theater as well - $8 for night time. Matinees are great, and very nice for going to the movies alone, as they are never crowded. Abundent parking, and Tomatoes restaurant is in the same plaza - great for dinner & a movie!

This is a a great store for gifts for you sports fishermen. They offer a wide variety of fly fishing materials, including trips with famous professionals that can booked for a very reasonable price. They offer clothing for both men and women, as well as shoes and accessories. They have brands such as Patagonia, Orvis and Woolrich - high end and you pay for it a little bit. Great employees, very helpful and super friendly.
