I love browsing through the antiques store. I never know what I'll find, and the merchandising is quirky and unique. Prices are reasonable, and the inventory seems to turn over quickly enough where you'll find new items every time you visit. It's a fun way to spend some time away from the beach, and maybe find a fun, atypical souvenir to bring home

If you want an article of clothing with "LBI" written on it, this is the place to go. Sweatshirt, t-shirts - both long and short-sleeved, sweatpants, you name it, this store carries it. They have sizes for babies to adults, in all sorts of styles and colors. Be prepared to spend more than you might expect, although their clothes are typically of a high quality. Try to hold out until end of season or fall sales, and you'll really be able find some good deals.

I wouldn't classify the clothing sold here as trendy. The location is stocked more with classic, some might even say conservative, pieces in summer fabrics and prints. If you can hit a good end-of-season sale, the prices will be far more affordable. Otherwise, I think the majority of the clothing is overpriced during the regular season. It's fun to browse, but unless you have your heart set on a certain piece of clothing, you can probably find something similar elsewhere for less

This liquor store, part of a larger business of catering and event hosting, has a wide selection of wines, beers, and spirits. It's a large and spacious location, and it's easy to find exactly what you are looking for in the well-marked aisles. If you can't find something or need a suggestion, there's typically an employee nearby to help. I always include this location in my "go-to" list when I need a last minute bottle of wine or six-pack.

It may not be the fanciest store in the world, but whenever anyone I know is looking for some sort of outdoor furniture, this is the first place that is always mentioned. They have been in business for years, and have a lot of loyal customers. They have an excellent variety of patio furniture, cushions, and umbrellas. I would definitely take a look here before buying anywhere else.

If you want incredibly affordable food, beverages and baked goods, take a trip to this one-of-a-kind supermarket. Once inside, you'll see the inner workings of the "farm," and be stunned by the huge variety of tasty treats. My personal favorites include the pints of ice cream (Chocolate with Cherries can't be beat in my opinion), along with ice teas, lemonades, and other beverages. I still have memories of going her as a child, and I still take the time to make visits for well-priced and delicious merchandise.

This huge warehouse of flooring options, including tiles, carpeting, and hardwood floors, provides more options than you'll probably ever need. Although it's a little difficult to move through, the store's employees are really friendly, and take the time to answer all of your questions. I also appreciate that they don't take the "hard sell" approach, but let you think over your options. They also run good financing deals. Definitely worth a look.

This is your standard strip mall manicure/pedicure place, with little to distinguish it from any other type establishment. Although I found the pedicure I recently received here to be a bit disappointing (the chair's massage feature wasn't working, nor was the water warm enough in the soaking foot tub), I was extremely impressed with how long the pedicure lasted. Almost a month after having my toes done, people were still commenting on how nice they looked. If you're looking for longevity over pampering, this salon might be worth a visit.

The staff really knows their stuff, and will help you find the best fitting undergarments for each customer. Don't be shy, and utilize their expertise. It will make a difference! The prices are a little expensive, but looking good is worth it!

Here's a great way to spend a few rainy hours at the beach. My cat currently has a lovely food bowl with his name on it, courtesy of this fun store. Customers can pick out the type of pottery they would like to paint, and then custom design it. You have to wait a few days for the finished product, but everything I look at my cat's dish, I remember the fun I had making it. Prices are a little high, but not unreasonable.
