Trying to buy a car is not fun add these jokers to the mix and your in for an awful experience. Let me tell you my story and you can decide. I picked out a car on the lot, drove it, liked it and wanted to buy it. Went to speak with the finance guy who states “not a problem” 3 hours later they want my mother (I was 22!) to co-sign. Ok fine whatever – so I get her approval to sign her...Computers go down (sure!) and cant seal the deal right now but for sure in the morning. I write a check and was told it would NOT be cashed until paperwork is signed. I leave for the night and the car stays there on the lot. Next day – no deal AND they cashed the check!!!So now Im out my deposit and still have no car. It took 8 days – 8 DAYS to refund my money. I will NEVER buy from there. Ever! The salesman stick and lie and they have horrible customer service.
