bad experience with this repair shop

I went to this shop to have my smoke checked, there, I waited for more than two hours although I call ahead to schedule it. and when it is my turn, sb drive my car away and 5 minutes later, they went back and told me that my car failed the smoke check and told me if I want to pass, I need to give them like $150 and they will guarantee that it will pass.
my car runs very well before and never have smoke problem, so I ask for the result result trying to see what's wrong, but they just told me it failed. it is suspectful, so I took my car to another shop and surprisely, my car passed without any problem.
